Reward yourself (i love rewarding myself when finaly decided how i was goign to look pretty)this doesnt mean that we can eat an entire box of chocolates if your pbjective is to get healthy. Instead, celebrate your success by treating yourself to something that you enjoy that does not contradict your resolution. For example if youve been sticking to your objective and goal prehaps you can reward yourself with a spa day.

Our team looks to improve our standing this weekend when we will face off aginst a number of top 15 teams at the Nazareth tournament. After a long break off due to bad weather conditions which cancelled a tournament in NJCU, we look to get back on the court this weekend. The tournament will consist of 4 matches, including a re-match against Vassar. Hopefully we can come back with a few victories Saturday night.

Thanks to all the NPVB players who made 2009 a GREAT season.
But especially thanks to all of the seniors who brought my kid into the fold and made her feel part of a family.
Thanks for 2 INCREDIBLE seasons of “we are never down” VB…
